Terms & Conditions

Negotiate Like a Woman Founding Cohort

Provider: Lucy Watson, Negotiation Whisperer Ltd

Effective upon purchase

1. Programme Access

By enrolling in the Negotiate Like a Woman programme starting February 2026, you gain access to the founding cohort, which includes:

  • Five live interactive masterclasses

  • Lifetime access to session replays

  • WhatsApp community

  • Templates and workbooks

  • Bonuses as described at the time of purchase

Replay access is provided on a lifetime basis, meaning for as long as you reasonably need the materials. Should significant programme updates occur, technology platforms change, or the original recordings become obsolete, the provider reserves the right to:

  • Replace recordings with equivalent updated content

  • Migrate access to a new platform with reasonable notice

  • Discontinue access to outdated materials if they are no longer relevant or technically supported

In the unlikely event that access must be permanently discontinued, participants will receive a minimum of 90 days' notice.

Access is for your personal use only.

2. Payment Terms

The investment for the founding cohort is £247, payable in full at checkout via Stripe (processed through Systeme.io). All prices are in GBP.

Access to programme materials is granted once payment is successfully completed.

3. Founding Cohort Recording Policy

Live sessions are recorded solely to provide replay access for participants. Recordings are shared only with members of this founding cohort and are:

  • Not reused, resold, or included in any future programme

  • Not used for marketing or promotional purposes

Participants may not record, download, distribute, or share the session recordings without permission.

To protect everyone's privacy, participants are encouraged to anonymise any sensitive details shared during sessions. While all participants are asked to maintain confidentiality, the provider cannot absolutely guarantee other participants' behaviour; please exercise discretion when sharing highly sensitive information.

4. Testimonials & Marketing Use

As a founding cohort member, at the end of the programme, you may be invited (but are never required) to provide feedback or a testimonial, and optionally a professional headshot to accompany it.

By providing a testimonial, you grant the provider permission to:

  • Use your first name or agreed pseudonym and general professional context (e.g., "senior manager in fintech")

  • Quote your testimonial in marketing materials

You will always have the opportunity to review and approve any testimonial before publication. You are never required to provide a testimonial, and declining will not affect your participation or refund eligibility.

The provider will not share identifiable details about your specific negotiations, employers, or colleagues without your explicit written consent.

5. Confidentiality & Group Conduct

This is a trusted learning environment. You agree to:

  • Maintain confidentiality around anything shared by other participants

  • Engage respectfully with the group

  • Avoid disclosing employers, colleagues, or clients' identifiable information without consent

  • Refrain from promoting your own products or services within the group

  • Follow reasonable conduct guidelines in the WhatsApp community

The provider may remove participants who behave disruptively or violate confidentiality, without refund.

6. Refund Policy: 365-Day Conditional Guarantee

If you fully participate and do not see improvements in your negotiation ability, you may request a refund within 365 days of purchase.

To qualify, you must:

  1. Attend at least 4 of the 5 masterclasses

  2. Attend your 1-2-1 session and at least 1 group surgery

  3. Complete the preparation templates and apply them to a real negotiation

  4. Submit a brief written summary (minimum 200 words) describing what you negotiated, how you applied the method, and why you feel it did not work

Change of mind, lack of time, or non-participation do not qualify for a refund.

Refund requests must be submitted to support@negotiationwhisperer.co with the subject line "Refund Request – Negotiate Like a Woman" and should include your brief written summary and any supporting evidence of application. The provider will confirm in writing whether the conditions have been met. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.

7. Participant Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Attending live sessions where possible

  • Completing the exercises and applying the method

  • Ensuring you have a functional internet connection and device for sessions

  • Maintaining professionalism and discretion during discussions

Non-compliance with these responsibilities or technical issues does not constitute grounds for refund outside the conditions stated in Section 6.

8. Provider Responsibilities

The provider will:

  • Deliver the scheduled sessions, with reasonable notice given if rescheduling is required (including in case of force majeure events such as illness, platform outages, or other unforeseen circumstances)

  • Provide replay access for a minimum of 12 months following the final session, and for as long as the programme continues to be offered

  • Deliver templates, bonuses, and support as described at the time of purchase

  • Maintain reasonable standards of care and professionalism
