Effective upon booking
1. Services
These terms apply to the following 121 negotiation support services provided by Lucy Watson, Negotiation Whisperer Ltd:
The SOS Session — one hour of one-to-one negotiation coaching, typically scheduled within 1–2 working days
Negotiation Strategy — two one-hour sessions to build and architect your negotiation strategy, with WhatsApp and email support for up to two months
All sessions are conducted via video call unless otherwise agreed.
2. Booking & Payment
Bookings are made via the provider's online calendar. Payment in full is required to secure your session.
The SOS Session: £500, payable via Stripe prior to the session
Negotiation Strategy: £1,249, payable via Stripe prior to the first session. A payment plan of 2 x £650, two months apart, is available on request and is invoiced directly by the provider
3. Rescheduling & Cancellation
All sessions are non-refundable once booked.
SOS Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 4 hours' notice
Negotiation Strategy sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours' notice
Where the provider needs to reschedule, reasonable notice will be given and an alternative time offered promptly.
4. Confidentiality
All sessions are strictly confidential. The provider will not share any information disclosed during sessions with any third party without your explicit written consent.
You are asked to maintain confidentiality regarding any advice, frameworks, or materials shared during sessions.
5. Coaching Disclaimer
This service provides negotiation coaching and strategic advisory support. It does not constitute legal advice, employment or HR advice, financial advice, or psychological counselling.
While sessions are based on research and proven strategies, individual outcomes will vary based on context, preparation, and application. Specific negotiation outcomes cannot be guaranteed. All decisions made in your career, business, or negotiations remain your responsibility.
6. Intellectual Property
Any frameworks, materials, or resources shared during sessions are the intellectual property of the provider and are for your personal use only. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or incorporated into your own coaching or training practice without prior written permission.
7. Data Protection & Privacy
Your personal data will be handled in accordance with the provider's Privacy Policy at negotiationwhisperer.co/privacy_policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the provider is not liable for any business, financial, employment, or personal outcomes resulting from sessions. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
